MISSION STATEMENT

The role of The Morgan School in Clinton, Connecticut, is to educate students by providing a safe, secure, and nurturing environment in which students may learn in partnership with their peers, teachers, parents, and administrators. We encourage our students to develop to their maximum potential in mind, body, and spirit. We believe that the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and social values, as well as the cultivation of individual talents and intellectual interests, should be the primary vocation of every high school student.

We offer a supportive atmosphere in which students acquire essential skills and engage in activities that help identify and perfect their talents, creativity, aesthetic awareness, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability. We encourage them to accept the responsibility of becoming independent learners who are guided by and dedicated to the highest ethical and academic standards.
