Prerequisite:  Teacher Recommendation

This program provides supplementary help to students in all academic areas. The goal of Academic Assistance is to raise the students' level of success in their academic classes. The specific objectives of Academic Assistance are:

1.    To determine one's learning style and how to best utilize this to study more effectively.

2.    To improve study skills including, but not limited to, note taking, reading in the curriculum, test taking strategies, self advocacy, and problem solving.

3.    To develop and improve organizational skills.
