
The computer instruction curriculum is designed to provide
students with a complete understanding of the computer and its many uses.
Instruction is available in writing one's own programs and in using software
important for success in high school, in college and in occupations after high
school.
A supervised computer laboratory, equipped with over forty-four
PC computers, is available from 7:00 am until 2:30 pm.
Computer instruction is divided into four categories:
Honors - Accelerated pace
and rigorous content. The programming courses provide preparation for the
Advanced Placement exam, and the applications students will learn software for
use now and in the future.
Level One- In-depth
analysis of concepts and demanding in content. The curricula developed using
application software provide a solid understanding of particular software. The
programming courses provide preparation for success in college computer science
programs, college engineering programs, and business software development.
Level 2 - An
analysis of computer concepts and exposure to typical problems solved by the
computer at work, in high school, and in college. The curricula developed using
application software provide an understanding of the particular software as it
is related to mathematical and scientific problems. The programming courses
provide preparation for success in college computer science programs, college
engineering programs, and business software development.
Vocational - Preparation
for occupations available after high school utilizing the computer.

CREATING A WEB PAGE WITH

3D ANIMATION AND
RENDERING

Students learn to create
objects in a three dimensional space.
Rendering those 3D objects to a pictorial scene using materials,
lighting, over sampling, and shadow control allows the production of realistic
scene. Animation a series of
renderings through the use of key framing, this makes the computer generate
transitions between key frames, to produced realistic movies.
